DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (Turkey)

This agreement is prepared to inform consumers located in Turkey regarding services offered and purchased electronically through www.maxxlimousine.com. This text must be read together with our Terms & Conditions (Service Terms) and Cancellation & Refund Policy available on our website.

1.2 Buyer (Consumer)

The individual purchasing services via the website. Buyer information is based on the details provided during the reservation process.


2) Subject Of The Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the electronic sale of one or more of the following services offered through www.maxxlimousine.com :

  • Airport / city / intercity transfer services

  • Chauffeur-driven services

  • Self-drive car rentals (where available)

  • Private tours and event transportation

  • Services delivered with third-party operators where operationally required (including brokerage/intermediation where applicable)


3) Key Service Features, Price And Payment

  • Key service features (route, date/time, vehicle class, passenger count, etc.) are displayed on the reservation screen and/or confirmed in writing (email/message).

  • The total price is calculated based on the selected service, vehicle class, route, and date/time.

  • As a rule, payment must be completed before the service starts.

4) Performance Of The Service And Delivery

  • The service starts at the date/time and location specified in the reservation.

  • Airport meeting procedures, waiting times, and pickup rules are explained in the Service Delivery Terms.

  • If the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information (flight number, location, contact details, etc.) and this affects the service, any resulting additional costs may be charged to the Buyer.


5) Information On Cancellation, Refunds And Right Of Withdrawal

5.1 Cancellation And Refunds

Cancellation/refund conditions may vary depending on the service type and the time remaining before the scheduled service start. The current rules are published on our website under Cancellation & Refund Policy and form an integral part of this agreement.

By making a reservation, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted the cancellation/refund conditions before purchase.

5.2 Important Note On The Right Of Withdrawal

Certain services performed on a specific date/time (such as transportation and car rental) may fall under statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer regulations. Therefore, whether a right of withdrawal applies depends on the nature of the purchased service and the relevant legal exceptions.

Accordingly, the Buyer agrees that the cancellation/refund terms presented at the time of purchase (Cancellation & Refund Policy) will apply.


6) No-Show, Waiting Time And Service Cancellation

  • Airport waiting times, hotel/address pickup waiting rules, and no-show situations are defined in the Service Delivery Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • If the Buyer is not present at the meeting point and/or cannot be reached, the reservation may be treated as a No-Show.


7) Force Majeure

In events beyond reasonable control (such as severe weather, road closures, official authority restrictions, strikes, war/terror events, or technical necessities), the service may be rescheduled, or cancellation/refund processes will be handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.


8) Liability And Third-Party Operators

  • The Seller may use third-party operators where operationally required.

  • The Seller will use reasonable efforts for booking coordination, customer communication, and maintaining service standards.

  • Where the actual service provider is a third party, the Buyer may be informed depending on the nature of the service.


9) Personal Data And Privacy

Personal data may be processed for reservation management, service delivery, payments, and customer support. For details, please review:

10) Applicable Law And Disputes

This agreement is prepared for consumer disclosures for individuals located in Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the Buyer in Turkey remain reserved.

11) Effective Date And Acceptance

By placing a reservation on www.maxxlimousine.com and/or completing the payment step, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted this agreement together with the Terms & Conditions, Service Delivery Terms, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
