DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is prepared in accordance with the "Regulation on Distance Contracts" published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, for services offered electronically.

BUYER: The customer requesting the service. Customer information is based on the contact and address details provided during the reservation.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT: This agreement outlines the procedures and principles of electronic sales of chauffeured car rental, private transfer, luxury car rental, and private tour services offered via the Maxx Class Group website www.maxxclass.com.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The customer agrees that all information provided during the reservation is accurate.

  • Payment must be completed for the service to be confirmed.

  • The seller ensures service delivery with necessary security measures but is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to force majeure.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, technical issues, or user-related problems are not the responsibility of the seller.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION TERMS

  • Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the transfer.

  • 50% refunds for cancellations between 24–12 hours.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer.

  • All cancellations and changes must be reported in writing to [email protected].

VEHICLE & SERVICE TERMS

  • The specified vehicle category will be provided when possible, but the seller reserves the right to change the vehicle to an equivalent or higher model.

  • Airport waiting times are limited to 45 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights.

  • Pickups from hotels/addresses allow a 15-minute grace period. After this time, the service is considered canceled with no refund.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maxx Class Group acts as an intermediary and is not the direct service provider.

  • Maxx Class Group is not liable for any incidents such as lost items, accidents, illnesses, or delays caused by the provider.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all provided information. Any issues arising from incorrect data are not the company's responsibility.

PRIVACY

  • Reservation codes (PNR) are unique to each customer and must be kept confidential. Maxx Class Group is not responsible for any unauthorized access due to shared reservation information.

APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

  • This agreement is subject to Turkish law. Disputes shall be settled by Bodrum Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees.

ENFORCEMENT

  • By submitting a service request via www.maxxclass.com, the customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
