This agreement has been prepared to provide information to consumers located in Turkey regarding services offered and/or purchased electronically through www.maxxlimousine.com. This text should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and other related service documents available on our website.

1.2 Buyer / Consumer
The Buyer is the individual consumer who purchases or reserves services through the website, payment link, email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. Buyer information is accepted based on the details provided during the reservation or payment process.

  1. Subject of the Agreement
    This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale and reservation of the following services offered and/or arranged through www.maxxlimousine.com
    :

Airport, city, and intercity transfer services
Chauffeur-driven transportation and limousine services
Self-drive car rental services, where available
Private tours and event transportation
Related services provided through local operating partners where operationally required

  1. Main Features of the Service, Price, and Payment
    The essential features of the purchased service are determined according to the service type, vehicle class, route, date, time, passenger count, and similar details, and are presented on the reservation screen, in the quotation, or in the written confirmation message.

The total price is determined according to the selected service scope.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before the service begins.

Payment may be collected through secure website payment, payment link, bank transfer, mobile POS, or other pre-approved methods.

  1. Performance of the Service
    The service is provided according to the date, time, and starting point specified in the reservation.

Airport pickup, waiting times, meeting points, vehicle handover, or other operational service rules may also be explained separately during booking confirmation or in the relevant service documents.

If the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information, service delivery may be affected and any resulting additional costs may be charged to the Buyer.

  1. Information on Cancellation, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service purchased and the time remaining before the scheduled start of the service. The current rules are published on our website in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and form an integral part of this agreement.

By making a reservation, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the cancellation and refund conditions before purchase.

5.2 Important Information on the Right of Withdrawal
For transportation, car rental, tours, or similar services that are to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply under applicable consumer protection regulations.

For this reason, whether the right of withdrawal applies depends on the nature of the purchased service and the relevant legal exceptions.

The Buyer accepts that the cancellation and refund conditions presented at the time of purchase shall apply.

  1. No-Show, Waiting Time, and Failure of Service Delivery
    If the Buyer is not present at the agreed meeting point, cannot be reached within a reasonable period, or provides incomplete or incorrect information required for service delivery, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.

In such a case, the applicable consequences are determined under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  1. Force Majeure
    In cases such as severe weather, road closures, official authority decisions, security risks, strikes, natural disasters, war, terrorism, technical necessities, or other events beyond reasonable control, the service may be postponed, modified, or cancelled.

In such cases, rescheduling, partial refund, or, where appropriate, full refund may be considered.

  1. Liability and Third-Party Operating Partners
    The service provider may use third-party drivers, vehicle providers, or local operating partners where necessary.

In such cases, booking coordination, customer communication, and general service management may still be handled by AIGEN Global L.L.C. / MaxxClass / Maxx Limousine.

  1. Personal Data and Privacy
    Personal data may be processed for reservation management, service delivery, payment processing, customer support, cancellation/refund handling, and compliance with legal obligations.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes
    This agreement has been prepared as an information and contract text for consumers located in Turkey. Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in Turkey remain reserved.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek resolution through [email protected].

  1. Effectiveness and Acceptance
    When the Buyer creates a reservation through www.maxxlimousine.com, makes a payment, or confirms the service request in writing, the Buyer shall be deemed to have read and accepted this agreement together with the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
