1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by AIGEN Global L.L.C. under the MaxxClass umbrella brand and through the Maxx Limousine service brand. Such services may include private transfers, chauffeur services, limousine services, luxury car rental, private tours, airport transfers, and event transportation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings may be submitted through the website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or other written communication channels.
A booking is considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued and, where applicable, the required payment condition has been fulfilled.
The person placing the booking confirms that they are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of all passengers or participants included in the reservation.

3. Customer Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for proper service planning.
Depending on the service, this may include full name, phone number, flight number, passenger count, luggage details, pickup location, drop-off location, and special requests.
Any delay, additional cost, or operational issue caused by incomplete or incorrect information shall remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Pricing

Prices are determined based on the service type, vehicle class, distance, date, time, route, waiting time, and operational conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, tolls, parking fees, additional waiting time, extra stops, route changes, night surcharges, special requests, or similar items may not be included in the quoted price.
Additional charges may apply where necessary.

5. Payment Methods

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before the service begins.
Payments may be collected through the following methods:

  • secure online payment through the website,
  • payment link,
  • bank transfer,
  • mobile POS, subject to operational availability,
  • cash, only if pre-approved in advance.

A booking may remain unconfirmed until payment is received or explicit written confirmation is issued.

6. Refund Rule

Approved refunds are processed, where reasonably possible, through the same payment channel or payment method used for the original transaction.
Card payments are refunded to the same card, bank transfers to the relevant account, and payment link transactions through the relevant payment channel.
Refund timing may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

7. Change Requests

Requests to change the date, time, route, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage arrangement, or service scope are subject to availability.
Such changes may result in additional charges.
Whenever possible, change requests should be submitted in writing.

8. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation, change, and no-show rules are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website.
If the customer is not present at the designated meeting point, cannot be reached after reasonable contact attempts, or does not use the service, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
In such cases, a refund may not apply.

9. Waiting Time and Meeting Point

For airport pickup services, standard waiting time may vary depending on domestic or international arrival type, location, and service model, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The final meeting point and waiting time are provided during the booking confirmation stage.
Failure to follow these instructions may affect service delivery.

10. Luggage, Safety, and Conduct

Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle type. Excess luggage must be declared in advance.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
Service may be refused to customers who are intoxicated, aggressive, present a safety risk, or may otherwise disrupt service operations.
Illegal substances, dangerous goods, weapons, and unlawful transport items are not permitted.

11. Car Rental Terms

Additional conditions may apply to self-drive car rental services.
These may include driver eligibility, driving licence and identity verification, age and experience criteria, deposit or pre-authorization requirements, traffic fines, fuel, cleaning, late return, and damage liability.
Service-specific rules may be shared separately before booking or during confirmation.

12. Local Operating Partners

Some services may be fulfilled through local operating partners depending on destination, vehicle availability, or operational requirements.
In such cases, customer communication, booking coordination, and service management may still be handled by MaxxClass / Maxx Limousine.

13. Force Majeure

Services may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to severe weather, official restrictions, road closures, strikes, natural disasters, security incidents, war, terrorism, public authority decisions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, the applicable solution will depend on the nature of the service, the actual circumstances, and any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

14. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and diligence.
However, subject to mandatory applicable law, liability may be limited for indirect damages, missed flights, business interruption, loss of profit, or consequences arising from third parties.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data may be processed for booking administration, service delivery, communication, payment processing, security checks, fraud prevention, and customer support.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
