TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Maxx Class Group. The provisions below are valid for all services including chauffeur-driven services, luxury car rental, private tours, and airport transfers.
1. GENERAL TERMS

Payment must be made before the vehicle starts its journey. Payment can also be made during reservation via our secure online system.

Reservations made by phone are also subject to these terms and deemed accepted by the customer.

If a reservation includes more than one person, the individual making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all participants.

Maxx Class Group may work with third-party operators if needed and guarantees the same service quality.
2. RESERVATIONS & CHANGES
-
The confirmation email serves as your reservation document and must be shown to the driver during service.

Changes to pick-up and drop-off addresses must be submitted in writing at least 3 days in advance. Such changes may incur additional charges.

All requests for changes in date, time, and location must be submitted in writing no later than 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Changes are subject to availability.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Airport Transfers:

Cancellations 24 hours in advance: 100% refund

Cancellations 12–24 hours in advance: 50% refund
-
Cancellations less than 12 hours: No refund
B. Chauffeur-Driven Services:

Cancellations 24 hours in advance: 100% refund

Cancellations 12–24 hours in advance: 50% refund

Cancellations less than 12 hours: No refund
C. Luxury Car Rentals (Without Driver):

Cancellations 48 hours in advance: 100% refund

Cancellations 24–48 hours in advance: 50% refund

Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund
D. Private Tours:

Cancellations 24 hours in advance: 100% refund

Cancellations 12–24 hours in advance: 50% refund
-
Cancellations less than 12 hours: No refund
4. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

In case of delays due to flight, train, or bus schedules, customers are expected to inform us. Reasonable assistance will be provided.

In cases of natural disasters, road closures, terrorism, or vandalism, services will be rescheduled or refunded.
5. LUGGAGE & SAFETY
-
Each passenger may carry one hand luggage and one checked luggage. Extra luggage must be declared during reservation.

Prohibited items such as dangerous substances, weapons, or drugs are strictly forbidden.
-
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
-
Passengers under the influence of alcohol or posing safety threats will not be transported.
6. DELAYS & AIRPORT PROCEDURES

Drivers wait for up to 60 minutes for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights.
-
If delay is not communicated, it is considered a "No Show" and no refund will be issued.
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Maxx Class Group is not responsible for losses due to circumstances beyond its control.

Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance.
-
Customers are liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
8. REFUND PROCESS
-
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Maxx Class Group is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
9. CONSUMER RIGHTS & LEGAL BASIS

All customer rights are reserved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
