1) Scope and Definitions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by AIGEN Global L.L.C., including but not limited to:

Luxury transfers (airport/hotel/point-to-point)

Chauffeur-driven services

Self-drive car rentals (where available)

Private tours and event transportation
-
Brokerage/intermediation services (where applicable, e.g., third-party suppliers)
Customer: the person making the booking and/or all passengers/beneficiaries included in the booking.
Booking/Reservation: a service order placed via the website, email, messaging apps, or phone.
Service Date/Time: the date and time scheduled for pickup/start of service.
2) Booking and Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email and/or message).

The person placing the booking confirms they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all passengers/participants.

For airport pickups, customers must provide accurate flight number, arrival time, passenger count, baggage details, and a reachable contact number.
3) Pricing and Additional Charges

Prices are based on vehicle class, route, date/time, and service type.

Unless expressly stated, fees such as tolls, parking, extra waiting, and additional stops may not be included and can be charged separately.

Costs arising from incorrect or incomplete customer information (e.g., wrong pickup location, route changes, extended waiting) may be charged to the customer.
4) Payment Methods
As a rule, payment is required before the service starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A) Website payments (Bank / Credit Card via Paysera Checkout)

Payments may be collected through the website checkout using Paysera.
B) Payment link or bank transfer (Paysera or Payoneer)

A payment link or transfer instructions may be provided. A booking may remain unconfirmed until payment is received.
C) Mobile POS collection (Paysera POS App / Mobile POS)

Where available, payments may be collected on-site via mobile POS (subject to operational availability and compliance approval).
D) Cash payments (only if pre-agreed)

Cash may be accepted only when confirmed in advance and in the agreed currency.
Refund Rule (critical): Approved refunds are processed only to the same payment method/channel used for the original transaction (card → same card, transfer → same account, cash → cash, Payoneer → Payoneer, Paysera → Paysera).
5) Changes to Bookings (Date/Time/Route)

Changes are subject to availability and operational constraints.

Changes may result in additional charges (distance, vehicle type, time, route).

Change requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp/message) whenever possible.
6) Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the dedicated page: “Cancellation & Refund Policy” published on the website.

No-show situations and late arrival rules are also defined in that policy.

Refund timing can vary depending on banks/payment channels and is outside the Service Provider’s control.
7) Waiting Time, Meeting Point, and No-Show

Standard airport waiting time (example): 60 minutes for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic arrivals, unless otherwise agreed.

If the customer does not follow the meeting point procedure and cannot be reached, the case may be treated as a No-Show, and refunds may not apply as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8) Baggage, Safety, and Conduct

Baggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle; excess baggage must be declared in advance.

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

The Service Provider may refuse service to intoxicated customers or anyone posing a safety risk.

Illegal items, dangerous goods, weapons, and narcotics are prohibited.
9) Self-Drive Car Rentals (Additional Terms)
For self-drive rentals, additional requirements may apply, including:

Driver eligibility (license validity, age/experience requirements) and identity verification.

Deposit/pre-authorization, damage liability, and traffic fines handling.
-
Additional charges for fuel, cleaning, late return, and damages.
10) Third-Party Operators and Brokerage

The Service Provider may use third-party operators/suppliers when necessary.

For brokerage/intermediation services, the actual service provider may be a third party; however, customer coordination and communication may still be handled by Maxx Limousine.
11) Force Majeure
In events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, war/terror events, government restrictions), services may be rescheduled or cancelled. Any refund/credit is handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
12) Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages (e.g., missed flights, lost profits) may be excluded; mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
13) Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data may be processed for booking management, service delivery, payments, fraud prevention, and customer support. Details are described in:

14) Turkey-Specific Distance Sales Notice (if applicable)
For customers located in Turkey, distance sales/consumer rules may apply. For services tied to a specific date/time (such as transportation and car rental), statutory exceptions to withdrawal rights may apply. Details are provided in “Distance Sales Agreement (Turkey)” and the relevant pre-contractual information at checkout.
15) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country apply and cannot be contractually excluded.
